Happy to see you here! My name is Ksenia, I have 12 years of yoga practice and 7 years of teaching experience. I teach private and group yoga classes in Vancouver. Also I do skype consultations and can develop an individual list of practice on request. My classes are accessible for very beginners and could help you with back pain, muscle stiffness and weakness, stress, fatigue, depression and other neurological disorders, high blood pressure, asthma and reproductive system issues.
Yoga is not about how perfectly you can perform the posture. The main principles of my classes are safety, accessibility and efficiency. Sometimes yoga practitioners pay a lot of attention to spirituality, often completely forgetting about physical body and mental health, awareness and trauma prevention. I don't think this is the right path. I always focus on my clients' needs and their current physical and mental state. The integration of an individual approach even into group format classes is a must for me. I believe that particular yoga practice suits you only if you feel positive changes even after the first class.
